Fr Neil & Elizabeth - Licencing 9th Feb 2017 - 7pm - Maidstone

Posted by R.Broad on January 21, 2017

This was a wonderful occasion and many thanks to the Bishop for holding the start of the service to allow the Maidenhead party to arrive after problems with the M25 - many thanks to everyone who attended and supported Fr Neil and Elizabeth.

There is now a coach booked to attend the service where Fr Neil will be licenced as Associate Vicar to the Parish of St Michael & All Angels, Maidstone on 9th Feb 2017. Please Book if you wish to come on the Coach, there are a few places still available.

The Bishops of Dover and Richborough will be doing the honours, along with the Archdeacon of Maidstone.

The Parish plans to organise a mini-bus - we will need to leave around 4:00pm due to the M25 traffic.

PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL BE A LONG TRIP AND WE ARE UNLIKELY TO RETURN BACK AT ALL SAINTS BEFORE 11:00pm

Please sign the list at the back of the Church if you would like to go and, assuming we have a viable number - these will need to be firm commitments as the Parish cannot afford to subsidise empty seats.

We wish Fr Neil and Elizabeth (who will also be licenced) every success in Maidstone.
