FINAL WORD ONOPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD 2022 SHOEBOX APPEAL -- 75BOXES!
Well done, everyone, and thank you so much!
We are going to be taking part in this appeal for the 10th time this year. In both 2020 and 2021 we donated over 60 boxes as gifts for children around the world who don’t have much. This wasn’t quite as high as our total of 100 in 2019 but was still amazing! A shoebox full of gifts from donations of £20 will bring a smile to children who don’t have much. This year OCC’s goal is to send two-thirds of shoeboxes from the UK to Ukraine or the neighbouring countries like Moldova and Romania that are hosting many Ukrainian refugee families. One way you can donate is via the OCC website and we have our own donation page this year again to make donating even easier! Whilst the on -line donation is best, donations can also be made by cash or cheque (made payable to All Saints Church Fund) - there will be a collection box after the Sunday morning service. Please write Shoeboxes either on the back of a cheque, or on an envelope, which will ensure that donations are passed on correctly.
