Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal 2017
Many thanks for all the donations which has enabled up to send off 87 shoeboxes this year.
Young Saints will be making up shoeboxes again this year for Operation Christmas Child. They will be for boys or girls aged 5 – 9. We would welcome donations of toys, stationary, hygiene items, sweets, gloves etc. Please check leaflets in church to see what is allowed, as there are some restrictions. Items should be new. Donations of money are also needed, as it costs £3 to post each box. Shoeboxes (ideally wrapped in colourful paper) also welcome. Last year, we donated 76 boxes and it would be great to beat that this year! If you have any questions, please ask Jenny or Hazel Wilks or one of the Young Saints leaders.
