The Funeral of Elaine Williams - Limited Attendance

PLEASE RESPECT THE LIMITED ATTENDANCE REQUEST - Elaine Williams, a much loved and respected member of All Saints church died peacefully at home with her family around her. Elaine has given her time, energy and love to people from the church and from the wider community. We will all miss Elaine and particularly her humour and smile and care for people. Please remember in your prayers, Stephan numbers to close family and a few others. I will offer a service of thanksgiving for the life of Elaine at a later stage the year when God willing, life will be a little easier for us all. I will be writing Elaine’s funeral homily and putting it on our web page. I will also ask Mike Moss to make available the order of service for those that would like to receive it.

The Guidance includes:-   

"It acknowledges that the changes will be very difficult but are being made to protect everyone.

Recommendations include limiting the numbers of those attending the funeral to immediate family and using technology to capture the event for those who are unable to be there in person. 

The guidance makes clear that social distancing measures should be observed for those attending the funeral in person."
