APCM - Join the Annual Meeting at Boyne Hill Cricket Club at 6:30pm on Monday 22nd April 2024
Please do join this years Annual Meetings to Elect your Church Wardens (just prior to the APCM) for the next year and PCC members.
There will be an update on the Church activities from Fr Jeremy and the Electoral Roll Officer and Treasurer. Important decisions affecting and developing Church Life are both taken and communicated at this meeting.
Programme:
6.30pm bar opens. Fish and ChipSupper served. Must be ordered and paid for in advance. Sign-up sheet now at the back of Church.
7.00pmMeetingof Parishioners to elect two Churchwardens,
7.10 pm APCM with speakers, reports and elections to PCC and otherroles.The guest speaker will be Rev Jo Ellington Chaplain of Altwood School
After the APCM, there will be a short meeting of the newly elected PCC. Open to PCC members.There is a sign-up sheet at the back of the church for those who wish to register for the APCM
